The MamaBe Program, created by Clearlight, is a culmination of her decades of work with thousands of pregnant and new moms. The breathing techniques that you taught me helped me go through the pain, especially the moo-ing breathing!!! I practiced your online classes so much it was almost like I could hear you coaching me through the contractions. Your classes and workshop were the most useful things I did to prepare for birth and I am so, so thankful. Clearlight’s yoga is definitely for both body and mind. I have done both pregnancy and mom-and-baby yoga with her, and they have both been so amazingly helpful. Pregnancy yoga gave me a space to find some weekly moments of calm for myself, tools for labour, and trained muscles I did not know I had. Clearlight is a wonderful person and teacher. She creates a really welcoming environment and her classes are very well structured. The prenatal partner class was perfect to learn more about labour and prepare for it, and the mama-baby yoga is amazing to learn to live with a whole new baby. It's the best place to be when you are still just figuring things out with this tiny human.

I followed Clearlight's prenatal classes during both of my pregnancies and enjoyed very much the gentle movements and breathing exercises. Those breathing exercises have been particularly helpful during labour. I also enjoyed mom & baby yoga with Clearlight and then got hooked up with the Mindfulness Yoga classes. Such an important practice for body and mind and I can't imagine my week without this practice. Clearlight is a gifted teacher that I highly recommend!

Thanks for these wonderful classes! Although I really enjoy in person classes and the charm and magic of this modality, I surprisingly really enjoy the online version of your classes too! I didn’t think it was for me, but you did a great job at making it interesting and warm but also practical. These online classes are amazing, especially the fact that recorded classes are available, super convenient for new parents ;)
