MamaBe Yoga for Pregnancy & Childbirth

MamaBe Pregnancy Yoga is a holistic, transformative approach to prenatal wellness and childbirth preparation that empowers you to navigate your unique journey of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calm. These in-studio classes are taught by MamaBe founder, Clearlight Gerald.  Learn more about these classes here.

Class is open to women enjoying a healthy pregnancy between 14 and 41 weeks.

Sundays 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm 

No class Sunday, October 10 (6 class series over 7 weeks)

Fee: $150 + tax

($150 + 14.975% tax= $172.46)

Want to join after the series has begun? Registration will be prorated for remaining classes (space permitting).

Refund Policy: If you find the class is not the right fit for you after attending the first class of the series, simply let Clearlight know within 24 hours of this first class and she will refund you the remaining five classes. 

Otherwise, class fees are non-refundable.

Once registered, you will receive class information and reminders by email several days before our first class.  

With the goal of supporting vibrant health for all, and the values of kindness, empathy and a genuine consideration for one another’s wellbeing, any participant who has a cold or is feeling ill is asked to stay home and not attend. Access to online, on-demand classes will be provided as an alternative. Thank you!

Mindful Yoga & Meditation 

September 29 - November 10, 2024

Every Sunday, 4:45 pm - 6:15 pm

at Yogaspace/Morpho Bleu

This series of in-studio classes include a range of yogic movement practices including essential core strengthening, consciously constructed yoga asanas and meditative BodySensing. In addition, pranayama, mantra — even mudras and a short nidra meditation are often interwoven into our practices. Nondual wisdom teachings and experienced guidance infuse these transformative practices. Learn more about these classes here.

A basic familiarity with yoga and an interest in the subtle practices is assumed. In regards to movement, the pace is gentle to moderate and you can of course freely modify as needed. This practice is not recommended for pregnancy particularly if you are new to yoga.
