In-studio classes in Pregnancy Yoga will not be held this Spring 2025, however Clearlight is accepting new students in her private practice, and also offers on-demand classes.

MamaBe Pregnancy Yoga is a holistic, transformative approach to prenatal wellness and childbirth preparation that empowers you to navigate your unique journey of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calm. Class is open to women enjoying a healthy pregnancy between 14 and 41 weeks.

This series of in-studio classes include a range of yogic movement practices including essential core strengthening, consciously constructed yoga asanas and meditative BodySensing. In addition, pranayama, mantra — even mudras and a short nidra meditation are often interwoven into our practices. Nondual wisdom teachings and experienced guidance infuse these transformative practices. Learn more about these classes here.
A basic familiarity with yoga and an interest in the subtle practices is assumed. In regards to movement, the pace is gentle to moderate and you can of course freely modify as needed.
