Gather with a friendly and supportive community of other practitioners as you breathe, move and settle into meditative calm. All live, online Mindful Yoga classes include a gentle to moderate asana practice designed to bring strength and ease, bringing benefit physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Breathing and meditation practices are always included.

You can sign up for unlimited access to these live gatherings and receive 10 days of Unlimited Access (cancel before the 10 days is up, there is no charge, otherwise a monthly fee of $39 CAD applies).  If you want to attend four consecutive classes online without signing up for anything else, you can do so directly with Clearlight ($65 CAD applies, or $20 per class after first free trial class).
