It has been such a beautiful gift to discover our growing community of yogis is vibrant, thriving, and that our connection together has only strengthened as we gather in live-streaming and recorded practices. We are stronger together, and we need one another.
Yoga practices and teachings have always been transmitted and held within a community of practitioners... you have arrived.
In the spirit of this community, your fellow yogis regularly contribute their 'Views from the Mat'... illustrating the range of perspectives as we gather and explore our common ground. The photos reflect an incredible variety of environments... and interestingly the practice brings us to the same placeless place of quiet and wellbeing.
